Microneedling
Microneedling is one of the most effective facial rejuvenation methods for addressing hyperpigmentation and uneven pigmentation. This treatment involves the use of a device to create microchannels on the skin. As these channels are created, this initiates natural healing and tissue production processes.

This facial rejuvenation treatment can be used to treat any number of imperfections, ranging from sunspots and age spots to enlarged pores, stretch marks, laxity, and fine lines and wrinkles. It is most often used on the face, hands, back, and décolleté region, but it can also be used on the neck, breasts, and buttocks.
What Is Microneedling With PRP?
The microchannels produced by the microneedling injections stimulate your body’s natural collagen production process. To speed this process even further, PRP, or platelet-rich plasma, may be added to the process.

PRP is obtained by drawing a small sample of your own blood. Then, this blood is processed in an advanced centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma from the rest of the blood.
Am I a Good Candidate for Facial Rejuvenation?
During your initial consultation, we will evaluate the health and quality of your skin, along with your aesthetic goals, to help you determine if facial rejuvenation via microneedling is right for you.

As a good general rule of thumb, you could be a good candidate for platelet-rich plasma therapy if you are in generally good health and you have pigmentation issues or facial lines and wrinkles that you would like to address. These treatments can be performed for most skin tones and types.

PRP Facial & Facelift
An innovative, nonsurgical treatment, the PRP Facelift uses a patient’s own blood to rejuvenate the face.

PRP Facelift with PRP injections is a safe and non-surgical procedure that rejuvenates aging skin by restoring skin tone, texture, and volume. The PRP Facelift utilizes concentrated serum processed from your own blood, which is injected into your skin. The treatment triggers new collagen production, resulting in tighter, smoother, and younger-looking skin. One of the key advantages of this procedure is that there is no risk of an allergic reaction because it uses your own blood. The PRP Facelift is a highly effective treatment for both men and women.
PRP Science
The magic behind PRP lies in its ability to harness the body’s natural healing processes. When you fall and scrape your knee, platelets perform multiple treatment functions. Platelets first stop the bleeding. Next, they activate white blood cells to remove dead cells and debris. Finally, platelets release growth factors and stimulate stem cells, which trigger tissue regrowth and repair.

In a PRP Facelift, we draw your blood and isolate a concentrated solution of your platelets from the rest of your blood. This PRP solution consists of your own blood products. By injecting the PRP into specific areas of your face, we stimulate the platelets to encourage the growth of new tissue. This natural rejuvenation process occurs gradually over the next 3–12 weeks.
Safety & Precautions
Because the procedure involves only HA filler and your own blood products, the risk is the same as that of fillers alone. This is typically mild swelling and bruising to the injected areas that resolves within 2-3 days and can usually be covered by makeup.

Apart from some mild swelling or facial redness, recovery is generally minimal and fast.
PRP Facial
While the PRP Facelift is applied with an injection, a PRP Facial is a topical procedure. It’s a subtle way to improve the shape, tone, and texture of your face without surgery or extended recovery time. You will notice immediate results from the procedure, and over the next several weeks, your body will naturally grow new tissue for longer-lasting effects.

The treatment begins by drawing a patient’s blood, similar to a routine blood test. We then isolate platelets (PRP growth factors) from the blood—all within about 10 minutes in the office. Next, we perform a microneedling procedure, creating tiny channels in the skin to allow the PRP to penetrate deeply and enhance the rejuvenation process.
PRP Facelift vs Facial
PRP Facelift
The PRP Facelift improves facial volume and skin tone because it’s injected under the skin.
PRP
Facial
As a topical PRP application, the PRP Facial concentrates more on skin texture and superficial skin tone.

The PRP Facial is also effective at reducing acne scars.
